Job Description:

At My Care at Home we are committed to providing an excellent homecare (domiciliary) service across Stowmarket and surrounding areas so that our clients can remain in the comfort of their own homes.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Care Administrator based in Stowmarket to work 37.5 hours a week (Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm) with rotational weekend on call duties. 

As the Care Administrator, it will be your responsibility to ensure all of our employee records are compliant in line with CQC standards, to support with the recruitment checks of new candidates, inbound call delegation, ensuring staff availability is correct and updated on company system, updating client and candidate records accordingly, training support, and any other general Administration duties required.

Job Requirements:

Experience in a care setting
Valid Full UK driving licence
NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
Highly organised
Flexible to needs of business
This role will include occasionally delivering care
Rotational on call duties - one weekend a month and occasional weekdays to cover annual leave and sickness
Strong I/T skills 

The role will involve some rota coordination
